Bath & Body works shave kits or the cologne. My fiance loves the sprayson the plastic bottle (I think they are called cooling sprays?) becaus eyou can put them in thefridge and sprtiz yourself when you get out of the hot shower or if he need to do a quick freshen up after coming in from work.

It depends on how close you are to them, not to mention how much you want to spend opn each person. After shave is always nice but if they have any specific hobbies that you know about, you could get them something for their hobby.
How about some nice drinking glasses, which always come in handy? If they like a certain drink, you could see if you could get some glasses with that brand name on them.
Good luck because this can be a bit of a problem. Luckily both my husband and son fish, so I can generally get them something along those lines. Also our son will need some new clothes, shoes, belt etc when he comes home so that is what he will be getting this year from us. :)

Sounds complicated! Haha.. yeah, it's easy when you know the person well.. it's hard to buy things for platonic friends.. cos you don't want them to get the wrong idea as well.. or rather, don't want the gf/wife to get the wrong idea! =P

I'm taking my bf to a spa for a couples getaway. It's a gift for him and for me. A lot of places have "manly" packages as well. Most guys aren't into pampering that much, but almost everyone loves a good massage. That's always a nice gift, a gift certificate to a massage place.
