How about considering learning Body Language? The importance of understanding and reading non verbal communication can be very useful. Picking up on social cues are vital in communication.

I think it's best to learn a language that can be used universally, that is english.

english is pretty easy n very useful to learn. it is popular n can be learnt with ease. many spoken cebtres r also available to teach english

I think first people should master their 'mother' language and then probably English as it is the universal language.
