yes it is possible to love one person for the rest of your life. But that love should grow and mature along with you for you to remain in love. You cannot expect puppy love after you are married for over 10 years. However you can expect a love that you can count on provided you have given it your all.

My husband and I have been married for 6 years and have been together for 8. I was very picky while dating in my early 20's so I could learn what I wanted in a man and I found him. We have lots in common and I was right about him being a great daddy. We are able to laugh and almost never fight yet we are always open and honest about things that are bothering us.
I think as long as my personality doesn't change and as long as I continue to watch my weight I will have nothing to worry about. I picked a great guy and it's obvious that he is happy with me.
I think you just have to date smart before you get married.
