is it right to banned sleeping pills(poison items)?

In certain countries, these items r banned ,one like mines.we even dont get chloroform easily.this is because of the higher rate of suicides here in the country but what about people who really need these things for certain reasons.whats ur thought on this?

well everyhing has giood and bad qualities
but its our responsibility not to use that in bad ways other wise we should not go for technology development casue every development has bad effects. like making cars is bad cause it is cause of pollution and accidents. but that does not mean we should ban cars. we have ti use it with responsibility. of people can understant this then everythig is fine
