what kind of photography do you prefer?

I'm actually not a big fan of close up because then you see flaws in people and things! I like landscapes a lot, and I end up playing with my digital camera whenever we are on the road, taking pictures of clouds, trees, whatever we pass :) I just love pictures of nature in general, followed by pictures of really cute animals!

I love landscape photography. And in Sri Lanka all types of landscapes just a few minutes of drive away. I am unable to upload images as my rating is not yet 500. I could have shown an example if that was possible. I have been keeping a camera in my hand for over 40 years. I am not a professional photographer, but that is one of my hobbies.

Because I live in a beautiful area (Great Smoky Mountains National Park), I love doing landscapes the best. I've been a journalist for 20 years, so I also like photo-journalism shots, as well, especially off-beat ones. But, having said that, I love photos of architectural details. still life n close up are too attracting choices for me

I like portrait photography because all of my shoots have been on that theme. But I can also take good landscape and interior photography. What makes me do portraits is the way you can manipulate or use your camera to show the face of a man or woman.

My favourite passion is to paint and to draw, so to take photo is very important to me, I love landscapes, I take a lot of photos and then I choose what of them to paint on canvas. So, many landscapes. Still life too, infact I like painting still life. I like to take photos of my son very much, I have hundreds and hundreds photos of him. And at the end, some photos of me, I use the self-timer.

I like City Scapes... and artsy photos... kind of surreal or fantasy

i like close ups very much, but also landscape pictures.

I prefer portrait, i mean you can expirement on lighting, aperture, and all the manual controls..my second choice is scenery or landscape, you can get close to nature and enjoy the outdoors.

I love doing lanscape and photographing animals too. I also like capturing people doing every day things. I love it.

Landscapes are wonderful for photographing - but often they are nothing new, however, i guess if its good why does it have to be new?! Also love potraits - something wonderful about being able to see the extract emotion in the photo.
