Well, yes... I know what buttocks and backside is. lol. Hintern would be the word you're looking for, which accurately translated means behind.

My grandma was 100% german and she use to say arsh lok or somthing. Do you know what that means. Or is it not realy a word?

Yes "Hintern", "Arsch" or "Po" would be best describing it.
