how to takle new people

I am about to join as a doctorin a near by village of my town.I always had a raport with the people around me who are educated . but i ve never been able to comunicate with rural people.so please kind in informing me how to takle with rural people

Be Roman when you are in Rome. Villagers are by and large very friendly and particularly they pay respect to the doctors. Give a smile, you can make them as familiar as your old friends.
