childhood friend that is very special coming back to my life

hey guys listen to this..I really need some comments..especially from guys out there..I have this childhood friend in our province who really likes me, he courted me before but we really never able to have a romantic relationship because I didn't take the risk to be w/ him, though I also like him, because he is very far from me and I don't think that long distance relationship will work for us..he promised that we'll see each other every weekend but still I didn't say yes..he was very enthusiastic courting me but I really never paid much attention because I didn't wanna fall for him until he just stop calling me and communicating with me. That was three years ago. I have my baby now and a boyfriend too, the father of my child,and when he learned about it he texted me saying that he wants to see me and have some chat on what happened and that he also want to see my baby. He also said things like it could've been us if only I've given him the chance, that he was really serious about me..stuff like that. I don't know why do he still want to see me, I admit that I had feelings for him before I just didn't allow ourselves to be together..maybe because I was still young then and was not yet prepared for serious things like that. What do you think? I didn't tell my BF about it? Should I open it up on him or just let it go..Waht about my childhood friend, he's very special to me and I know that he still occupies that certin space in heart.
