What are your holiday traditions?

This year we started a new tradition. We sat all the kids together on the floor all 9 of them ages 14-6. There are 3 Grandfathers of those 9 children and each of them sat on the sofa near the kids. They all took turns reading twas the night before christmas. At first they were hesitant and my father begun very seriously. Then handed off the book to the next grandfather who was a bit theatrical.(to everyone's surprise) and that started each of them looking to out due the last guy. It was great fun and something I believe the kids can enjoy and remember for years to come. What about your family?
