Does anyone listen to talk radio? I know that it is mostly politcal type stuff, but I love it. I find it hard to listen to music all day, athough I love music too. Most radio stations that play music repeat the same few songs way too often. I would rather listen to peoples views on what is going on in the world than the same hip-hop song over and over. Maybe I sm just a real geek, I don't know?

I don't go out of my way to listen to talk-radio anymore, simply because I am so busy during the day, and when I am driving home from work I am looking for some music to get my energy levels back up. If I do listen to it, its usually something like Art Bell (Coast to Coast) late at night, or some version of a Sports broadcast.

I listened to coast to coast the other night for the first time, I only listened for about a half hour but I liked what I heard. I normally watch television or am on the computer at that time of night.
I also listen to ESPN radio a few times a week. I have been known to listen to football or hockey games on the radio when I am at work. Usually though it just plain talk radio for me though. These radio hosts make me laugh with their poitics so it is much more entertaining than music.

We have a local talk radio show that plays regularly on AM but I'm not sure if it's on FM. I'm not a huge talk radio fan. I get a little bored with listening to one subject over and over.

What show would that be? You are in the Pittsburgh area, are you not? I love KDKA but can't get it here only about 50 miles away. They can get it in Kansas but I can't get it in Johnstown, peensylvania.

I love music, but I live in an area with mostly formatted radio. I can't handle listening to the same stuff over and over. I am a blues fan and we don't have a blues station around. I listen to country quite frequently but it just doesn't do it for me.
