how do i manage my time?i want to spend more time with my one year old son.

doing a 9.00 to 5.00 job has never been so tedious for poor 'me'.oh yes, i'm not able to spend enough time with my kid and i'm feeling torn all the more everyday.being winter i'm not feeling like waking him up at 6.00 and when he is woken at 8.10,i have to hurriedly go through all the ablutions and the clock is ticking away.by the time he really wants to play with mama,she's gone to work.
please help me out.

I think you really need to spend more time with him. How about on weekend lise saturday and sunday?? Can go out with them or talk with them. May I know how old is your kids?? If they are 8 to 15, they really need your love and as a role model for them.

Boy, you need to give some priority to him looking at his tender age. you got to decide what's more important and possibly not let him blame you in the future. you can't hurt and cry at the same time. ask your office if you can work from home with occasional travel to the office, accept that even if that means some fewer bucks.
