what makes ur emotions and feelings working??both are arts one states d motion of heart and other the motion of mind..both can make us feel cry,happy..situation to situation it depends..nyway lets see wat other say regarding this question..

i think poetry is best because it gives you internel touch.

I like to express myself in my words but sometimes i like to go and paint even tho i'm not very good i find it very relaxing tho. Poetry is a great way to talk about things in your life and be able to express them in a different and creative way for others to see.
