what you think is the BPO industry ruining our future?

I think it is a slow poison which effects our young generation as they are just think of earning a good salary and they are working in night shift which is the time for a sleep and I think they are not following natures rules as the night is for taking rest.
What is your view.....

I fully support your views, yeah it provides very high salary comparaed to indian standards but this is ruining our culture and our talent. After just 12th pass out they simply joing the BPO and doesn't want to study further.
