I am honestly not sure what to think. I really hope that Law and Order: SVU comes back for another season. It is one of my favorite shows on TV. In fact, if I'm not doing anything else I like to watch the reruns that air on the USA Network.
I really hope that they decide to pay the two main performers more money or at least come up with a compromise. In all honesty, I don't think that NBC and everyone exepcted SVU to be as popular as it is or that the perfromers would be so well liked.

I hope so. The actors seem to be falling apart and the characters are ready for either a change or dissapearance. The show seems weak right now. I really hope it doesn't get cancelled. It's my favorite Law and Order since its the most dramatic.

I really hope so. And I hope they don't squabble too much with Mariska. She's the only reason I started to watch the show.

I agree with your post and can't believe anyone thinks one of the highest rated NBC shows is in trouble. Its not going anywhere the only real question is who will be on the show next season.

I think there will be a 3rd season. There is no way that the tv network would give up the success that SUV has gotten. They are not idiots.

I hope these shows are not cancelled, I like all of them, they are real type stories and there isn't really much else on Television these days.

I really hope they don't cancel it. If they do though I will only be okay with it if Mariska and/or Chris deciede to leave the show. I don't think Ice & the other dude -who's name has slipped my mind- could carry the show. SVU is my favorite L&O.

I honestly haven't kept up with watching NEW episodes....all episodes are great shows and there are ALWAYS reruns on USA. If there's nothing else on, L&O SVU is!

I remember reading somewhere that Mariska (Olivia Benson) had renewed her contract with the SVU show, so I don't think they'll cancel SVU if she just renewed her contract.
