China's family policy with one child per family has been able to retard explosive population growth. Due to the type of central leadership and dicipline the chinese government has broadly speaking been able to make this policy work.
As most of Africa's problems centre around a b ad cocktail of widespread deeply rooted corruption married to an excessive amount of breeding married to better health care = more surviving children, - could this vast Continent learn something from the Chinese.
Example: Nigerian census 1963 = 43 million.
Census 2003 137 million = trebling in 40 years. 250 million year 2025?
Can Earth sustain such a growth and can the infrastructure keep pace?

I think India should also adopt policy like china, otherwise this increasing population and thus increasing poverty will kill the country...For this one must be educated to understand the bad impact of population

Good point, - India has passed the billion, as a neighbour to China, they should take heed and learn in time as resources like clean water is getting like gold in the future
Excellent point, Africa is around 900 million, but that is an entire Continent with less population than India

The earth cannot sustain such a large population, in 40 years the world's population will be 3 times the size now.
Everyone will be fighting for resources......
