What are you veiw that if the woman is consider more than a show piece or do you think she has got the respect and place man has got?

All I can say about this is..... Now and days most women don't have respect for themselves. It is hard to respect some, if they don't have self-respect.

i think women is getting there in all fields of life where the man is and is getting the respect but not fully there as yet

Yes, to certain extend that whenever there is public relations involved, companies prefer Female over male
