They should work together to build up economic in these area, rather then build up arms.

india is the big brother of pakistan but pakistan is always making trouble for india and i think pak shpuld improve...

The problems are created by politicians to have pecuniary benefits. Between peoples of the two countries there is no problem. People from Pakistan keep coming to India and vice versa. There are lots of cultural exchange. Regarding terrorism, Pakistan harboured it long back and any bad habit die hard. May be in the long run, this problem also can be solved.
