EUTHANASIA or mercy killing

yes i think euthanasia should be made legal coz as u said dying in sleep is better than dying with acute pain......

yes i think it should be legalize.. some sick people are better off to heaven than have them suffer on this earth.. its the most humane way to go..

i am a fresh grad nurse and until now euthanasia is still an ethical dilemma to me. yeah ur right when you said that its hard to see people die in pain it is my role as a nurse to ensure the patients to die with dignity however i cannot bear the burden of such. there are a lot of situations and stories in medical field wherein people are unexpectedly surviving from serious illness or injuries. and im not sure if i'd be able to risk it. until now my stand with euthanasia or mercy killing is undecided. good post pal!

this is a very difficult topic... for me as a Christian I oppose this act. but in other point of view, killing in order so save life is another issue. for example; to kill a child to save the mother (in her labor) or vice versa... but in very ill person I don't think this is right to kill him just to ease his pain? only God is authorize to do such act. But that's not mean that God is a killer. God loves life, He is the origin of life. I hope people really understand what's really life and where it comes from. I wish people understand that God create life and he will not take it, When God created the universe and us it is for eternity, only when Lucifer bring his sin to earth, life become mortal. And that's what Lucifer wants, so it is Lucifer who took life and when you took life you're like Lucifer. Gods promise eternal life, Lucifer try to defy this. EUTHANASIA, for me this act is an act of Mischievousness.

Euthanasia should be legalised.The only help we can do to the diseased people is to free them from the suffering. Many patients suffering from severe ailments which cannot be cured.It should be done only on the request of the patient then it gives some better results.

in my point of you it should not be legalised.noone has the right to take away life from anybody.its in the gods hand.if it is legalised there can be some flaws which others use for their needs.cancer patients has to suffer alot of pain but,but i dont think its good deed by killing them so they cannot suffer from pain.can anyone have the power to stop cancer from affecting a person,so that we no power i us to take life.and its all against the nature.

i think it should be allowed.i dont like to live if we cant do anything...

I strongly believe that euthanasia should be legal. It is everybody´s right, I think is very unnapropiate for others to decide what would be of you, or to have a say about your desition.

personally i feel it shouldnot be legalised.then this would certainly be used as a weapon to kill innocent people.see there is cheating everywhere in this world.even some doctors are corrupted,some may willfully use it illegally or good doctors may be forced to use this option for various reasons main being political reason.hospitals would not be that much safe.where people might be wrongly be declared suffering from major defects or in excessive suffering and they may be killed this way.i think its better not to legalise it.

I think they're same! Euthanasia means "Mercy Killing". As for me, this is tragic, my grandma was a victim of it, due to less chances to revive her in normal condition, or to cure her. It depends on the patient of what he/she feels, you comprehend to er first i think so that you'll never be mentally haunted of shat you've done, in other words, don't defy God. After all, as long as there's life, there's also hope.
