If you didn't know, Windows, by default, uses 20% of your bandwi**h. It reserves it for automatic updates, etc. Go To Start Run Type in "gpedit.msc" Click Ok Now, the Group Policy Editor window should be open. Go To - Local Computer Policy Computer Configuration Administrative Templates Network QOS Packet Scheduler Limit Reservable Bandwi**h Double click on Limit Reservable Bandwi**h. Click Properties Enable Reservable Bandwi**h Input "0" Click OK Now, you should get all of your bandwi**h back!

I glad you told me about it. I try it out once I'm offline and get back to you but before that could you tell me if it's reversible and how to do it? ^_^
