What can I do to increase my breast milk production?

One of my friends baby seems very hungry and so she supplement with formula after every breast feeding session . Her breast milk came in real late...and there seems to be very little of it....I dont even feel any engorgement. What should I do? I feel terrible...please help

my sister's friend had this problem, too, and she was advised to eat green leafy vegetables. that was very effective for her.

Herein south india with lunch to ladies we use to give shark baked and spiced with pepper powder serve with hot will boost the harmone to feed better.

For feeding problem where u got very small quantity of milk u can try a good thing that is wheat. u advice that wheat is crush in floor and then u put a small peace of wheat in milk of cow or baffelo and then u take it in mircroweve oven and eat after some time .that is a good idai for more milk in mothers
