In our family we share the Internet through a router. I use Linux and my sister uses Windows XP and she always clogs the bandwidth when she uses Azureus. When she does I can't even do simple stuff such as browsing the Internet let alone play Battlefield 2 or World of Warcraft
Is there a simple click-and-point program that can assign to each user in the family network how much download/upload bandwidth they can use at a maximum? Home networking has become unfair at our house.

hehe, okay you can try asking your isp if they provide such a feature from their end. i don't think it's possible to separate net usage on the number of users, it only identifies the port and not the user. I can suggest two ways - talk to her that she has to pay the bill for her amount of usage. block that particular program if she doesnt agree! :)
Thanks
