i just had a baby 7 moths ago i ahave lost 25 pds in 3 months all i do is make sure i stay @ 1000 to 1200 calories a day

I would just say proper diet and exercise. Here are two great sites to help you. Both are free and both have ways to journal, keep track of your calories and fat and vitaimans and everything the first is.

the 2nd has a very simular set up but it is for people who are pregnant and just had babies. This one would be great for you becuase they have message borads and great articals about all of the things you may want to know seeing as you just had a baby.
