Now that Christmas is over.. What is the tipical Xmas cake in your country? In Italy is Panettone and Pandoro!

In Japan,There is a lot of cakes for Christmas.
Since it is not our traditional holiday we do celebrate with different and also mixed food and desserts.
As for Christmas cake,I would say Strawberry Shortcake is the most popular one in Japan.We don't really like to eat butter cream cake(I would say butter cream is too heavy and too sweet..._

yeah its panettone for us italians. us italians in australia do the same thing.
