Is it easy to say NO

Yes, I agree to what 'storyteller' has said. It is very important to learn to say NO, if that is what we want. I, myself have the same problem, I can never say No. It is just I don't want to hurt the other persons feelings.But, I keep telling myself that I have to change.

Its not that you cannot say NO to a person.....but it is do with the deep urge in most of us not to hurt our dear ones. But i think beyond a point it is important that we know where to draw the line and say look pal, i dont want it.NO!! I too have the same issue....but its about making a consious effort. i am not saying we keep saying NO to anything n everything people say...but we feel like saying a NO it is very important that we do say a NO. otherwise it is like a lie you are telling yourself.
