Do you sleep continuously or give breaks? Like in night 7 hrs, afternoon 2 hrs and somewhat like this. That's good that you can sleep for 10 hours but do you sleep for 10 hrs in day on regular basis.

oh my god! I only got about 3 hours sleep last night and I feel as though im going to die!

If u wud have to sleep 3 hours on regular basis, will you be able to do this. I have done this quite number of times. On an average basis I sleep for 8 hours.

i think 4-8 hours but not in regular hours, or do i say not at the same time
