do you think long after arguments with your nears

when i did argument with someone mainly my dear and near ones,after that calm and even after 3-4 days it rotates in my mind that he said that why?on that time i do'nt think answer but afterwards many responses,questions come to my mind but if i again start that,it's not good.what to do to cope that problem?my mind become tensed what to do?
