Can God be unjust?

I wanted to know that is there a possibility that God won't do justice to all the human beings on doomsday? And can God punish a son for the sins of his father or vice versa?

No, he can't be unjust. HE will deal each individual according to his/her deeds but HE has the power to forgive anyone with HIS mercy but He will not punish anyone more than he/she deserves. As being a Muslims I believe that HE is merciful and HE will forgive our sins but if HE wants to punish me then HE will not punish me more than I deserve.

He will be just but you may not realise it because you don't know all the facts. And no, God will not punish a son for the sins of his father. The son is a new start and will do enough wrong things all by himself in the goodness of time.
