Its good that you support him. i started skating recently and im getting good at it. it can be dangerous but you just got to let go of that fear and have fun!

I went to high school with Tony Alva..and Peralta and sereval others..we all thought they were sucidal with some of the stunts they pulled and now they are world champions..buy him the proper safetu gear and let hom go for it..kids can only suceed as far as we encourage them give him his chance to shine!!

It is great to support your son. I would just make sure he has a back up just in case because anything is hard to become pro in or he could get hurt. Good Luck to him though!

it requires great skill and care

Skate boarding became very popular, more than it was in the past. My brother in law skateboards and we support him 100% also! Its a great way to get daily exercise. Tha only thing about skateboarders is they seem to have a different type of personality. Not a bad one though.

i have a lot of friends skateboarding... i like to watch it, but i sucks at it myself, because my balance is very bad...

i like skating

Seems very difficult, but once you get a hold of it, you'll be addicted to it for your life !!

Skateboarding is a very elegant and cool sports.
