hi yes i do remember. it was sooo exciting for me. my first discussion was on the movie 50 1st dates.. i was soo new to mylot that i thought i was responding to a discussion not starting one. LOL. if you go thru my discussions and find that one, u'll know what i mean..it's not a question just a statement. when i started getting responses on that, thats when i knew i'd started a new topic for discussion. too weird, eh ?

I appreciate you for this discussion. i felt really happy when i got a reply for my discussion. I was thinking my lot was a crap thing similar to other websites. but, when i got the first reply i believed it. It was the happy moment on my lot for me.

Yes, I do.. It was a post asking.. What is your favorite Gender Neutral pronoun... I did not realise that no one here would bite on that one.. so I felt rejected... until I posted my ... world peace one.. Then I woke the next morning with 10 replies in my box. I danced around and thought I had won the lottery! ... I try to help out new users often... as well as old users...
This is a good community.. Just when you are thinking of different discussions... Try to think of things that the general population understands so they are not reading that going huh? Gender Neutral Pronoun! What? lol..

Yes, it was very exciting. I just threw something out there. waited a few days and came back and I had several replies to my discussion. It felt like someone actually read what I had to say. It was a great feeling. Thanks for the information. I am new here so I will go to the other new discussions and try to help them.

I remember my first day at mylot, it was so exciting and also i was doubting if they ever pay or it's just a scam .. also wasn't sure about how much they pays and was worried it may be half a cent per post or something .. I found a lot of helpful senior members here who answered my questions and gave me good tips and yes i do check "new users discussions" and try to be supportive and as helpful as I can :)
