Will the land be sufficient for the people to live by the end of next 10 years?

I dont think that in next ten years anything will change much but yes it may be of aproblem in next 30-40 years to acquire a house of one' own choice. Someone hads recently predicted that with such saoring prices recently its not a far away thing when marlket will crash like anything. may be that way a balance could be maintained in rising prices and the land.
