What do you to control your stress?

When you are stressed out for whatever reason, what is somethings that you do to help eleviate the pressure?

Wow, it's in your picture, I do yoga! That is the best stuff for stress and even to work out aches and pain. I just got into it a couple of years ago and I love it. I so recommend it and anyone can do it because it's all about breathing and holding positions. You don't have to be so limber you tie your self in a knot. There are tons of great info sites on the net if anyone is interested.

Thank you mylot friend. I actually enjoy kickboxing. I need something that make me tired.

I usually say a prayer or pick up the Bible and read for a few minutes. That usually helps

I am trying, believe me I am trying but sometimes this stresses me out because I don't understand. I can't follow but I am making improvements.
