New Years Eve Plans

Myu husband and I have always had a New Years Eve gathering at our house with all of his family. This year I would like to go do something for New Years Eve, but he doesn't like the idea of changing "the routine". Now the more that I think about it, the more I don't want anyone over at my house for the holiday.Any suggestions as to what how I should handle this???

Try going to the family member's( who is the most fun) house and let them have the gathering, then at least it will still be family. You could start weaning him away from that idea in plenty of time for you to go out next year.
