We're having impossible cheeseburger pie. It's quick, easy, inexpensive and nobody doesn't like it. If you have a pound of ground beef and some bisquick you're all set.
Fry up your ground beef and drain off. Put the crumbled, fried, ground beef into a pie plate, or square baking dish that you have greased the sides with crisco.
In a bowl, mix together: 1 1/2 cups milk, 3 eggs, 3/4 cup of Bisquick, 1/4 teaspoon salt, and 1/8 teaspoon pepper. Mix until the lumps are gone. Pour over top of the ground beef in the baking dish. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes at 400 degrees. About the last 5 minutes of baking time, add cheese over top (I use cheese slices, but grated cheese works good too)Finish cooking until the cheese melts over top.
If you don't have bisquick, you can make your own:
In a bowl, mix 1 cup flour, 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder, 1/2 teaspoons salt, and 1 Tablespoon shortening. Keep cutting up the shortening with either 2 knives, or the edge of a spoon, until it's mixed in. Works the same as Bisquick.
This is one of my families most favoritest things to eat. Hope you enjoy it too!

Thanks for that one. Even a bachelor, like me, should be able to follow that recipe. It sounds good and filling.

Yes, it IS filling, AND it's delicious! Sevenseas, it is filling to eat, and not at all hard for a batchelor to make at all. Hotofix, heretic & leeoz22, it is really yummy, I think you'll find it's really quick and easy, glad you liked the recipe.

Dosa is prepared by a kind of paste made up of rice and black-grams. Dosas are available in many varities ranging from "Plain Dosa" to "Masala Dosa". Sambar is like a gravy prepared using dal, anion, green chilli, tomotto, red-chilli power, and some spices. This is the favourite dish for south indians. Sorry I took so long!! The ingredients are chopped onion, bacon, puff or short pastry and even amounts of egg and milk. So if the amount of eggs you use make up 300ml then you put 300ml milk in and whisk it together. Although it all depends on how many you want to make, this amount makes up 6. Cut the pastry into circles to fit the muffin tray you know line it like a pie dish, pour the combined ingredients in and sprinkle with cheese. The oven is preheated to about 180 normal and 160 fan forced and bake them for 20 to 30 minutes. Very yummy.

Not sure what we are having tonight. Last night we had spaghetti/pizza skillet.
It was pretty much spaghetti and sauce cooked in a pan with onion, green peppers, mushrooms, Italian sausage, pepperoni and olives with a bunch of mozerella cheese on top. The kids loved it.

I love sushi too. My husband says I like the fake sushi....because I like certain rolls like: California Roll, Spicy Tempura Shrimp, Spicy crab, instead of the other raw fish types.
I have tried eel with plum sauce though and it was tasty.
Thanks for the ideas.
