This happened a long time a go when i was a younger girl in the girl scouts{ This girl and i were hanging out in the library waiting on our mothers who were in a G.S meeting. she was busy jumping around with candy in her mouth and was also talking to me. And all of a sudden i did not hear her chatter butt i heard chocking sounds when i looked over at her she was holding her throat.Oh my God she's chocking so I used what i had learn in girl scouts and did the himlic manuveur {i kno i can't spell}the candy flew one way and she went the other to this day i think what if i didn't try to help this friend what if i let her pass out. I Thank God that i tried my best!

Heroes can be defined in so many ways. I by all means dont believe that I am a hero, but my friends and family feel that I am. I am my mothers sole caregiver as she has terminal lung cancer. I took a personal leave from Walmart for a year to be here for her. I would do it for any member of our family. My mother is my hero. She is dying, and she is the strong one. She has made me the person I am today, and I love her very much.

Yes, I would risk my life for someone else. Why not I would hope someone would do it for me! Look at all the EMT's, firefighter, police they all risk their lives for us and in return to my community I am a vol. firefighter. Someone has to do it!

I would do my very best to help someone. I think it's human nature to want to help but some people have been desensitized to what is going on around them and that's why they are able to keep going when something bad is happening. My conscience would not let me walk by.

i havnt yet risked my life for someone , we cant say things like this just like that all of the idea is what you minds gonna say to you on the same time when some one needs your help. some time a very brave and courageous person may not turn up to situations where as a coward may be the hero of the day. its all a game a part of a huge and a pre- prepared gameplan by some one whos made all for us. cheers.

I would have to say yes, for my daughter. I would do anything for her. Even give my own life.
