Does anyone know where I can watch foreign films online?

I have a craving for something intelligent, original, or just wacky. And in a different language since I like to learn new ones and that's the best way for me. Is there any place I can watch them online? I don't mind paying a small fee, but free is better. :) Oh, I'm American, so foreign to me would be anything that isn't.

Ever since I discovered this site I have stopped watching tv. You can find music vids, foreign films, classics, whatever. Hope you enjoy! www.ovguide.com

im looking to watch soccer online ive found that watch-football.net offer films online aswell as soccer im thinking about signing up but i wanted to get some feedback about the site first. ps - if you do signup can you let me know what its like.
