After one busy day, you must feel hungry. What do you have for your dinner? Fast food, in a restaurant, or at home. I think fast food is not for your health, but in a restaurant is much expensive. Why don't cook it at your home and have it with your family? It would be a happy time.

I always come home from work and cook! Partly becoz I have to have good food for dinner! Its a compulsion! And secondly becoz cooking actually relaxes me!

I like to cook a lot on the weekend or another day if I have time in the evening. Then I use that food to pack lunches for my work and for my husband. He works evenings, and I eat at home, usually something simple. For example, if I made a lot of chili, I could eat it like a soup, eat it like a dip for tortilla chips. I could put it over hot dogs, I could put it on a baked potato or on rice. I might add chopped peppers or onions, cheese or sour cream. A large potato dish with meat would be fine that way, then to change it, cheese, or chopped fresh vegetables. I like to eat salsa on or with something for my evening meal if I am alone.

I hurt my back recently from a ice skating adventure we had with our young girls so my boyfriend made us the best sloppy joes on warm hamburger buns with ice cream for dessert
