Which do you find yourself doing more of eating out or cooking, why?
Me I eat at home, it's cheaper and so much more healthier. Unless you count accidents in the home, then maybe it's not so healthy. Burns and cuts do seem to be a huge reoccuring event when I cook.

Cooking at home for sure is the best but at the moment I seem to send out for food more... When I get a bit more settled I am sure I will eat at home a lot more. The ultimate..... Having someone you love cook for you and eating it together at home!

I prefer to eat at home but it is not so much fun as it was when I used to have a hungry family to cook for so I accept invitations to special holiday meals.

We eat at home more often, only because its much cheaper.
If I had my rathers I'd eat out more or have a cook hired to cook for us at home. I hate to cook and my husband dislikes it now because he has to do it so much more then he used to.

I enjoy the meals a whole lot more if I don't sook them, so it is nice to eat out occaisionally. My husband cooks often so that is also appreciated. If we eat out it usually costs heaps as we have 3 children, so pizza or macdonalds usually wins out.

It is nice to eat out occasionally, but you are right it can be costly, and you can only hope and pray that the staff and
the cooks are performing their duties responsibly...SS

*laughing* Smoke detectors going off is all too common around my home as well.
I find we eat at home much more often if I draw up a little menu plan each week. If I have a plan I am much more likely to follow through and prepare a meal. The days I don't plan ahead I usually get bogged down with working or with the kids and then my husband gets home, sees there isn't a plan, and takes me out because he wants to be helpful. *laughing*
We really have saved a LOT of money learning to eat wisely at home though.

I have to cook at home. Poor person here with three kids! LOL I am a horrible cook but I am learning. Pre children I ate out alot. It was what the circle of friends I had did. We ate out at least 4 times a week as a group. My roomate and I were typically lazy the rest of the week and Subway recieved a large portion of our income. I am really looking forward to becoming a better cook. Even though when I am driving by a resteraunt on my way to the grocery store, my car seems to pull towards the driveway! LOL
