What do you do when your dogs don't get along?

I have a terrier(pinky) that does not like my husky(shmily). Every time Shmily enters the room pinky always growls and barks. But when they are outside they get along fine. What can I do to have harmony in the house?

Well dogs are territorial animals the other dog might feel that the other one is entering his territory i have no diea on what to do...
