Now-a-days people rarely visit the library. everything they want is on the net so there is no need. but dont u miss the good old-librarian who warns u not to talk loud and disturb others and also to return the book ur borrowing on time. also the endless rows of books u cross to get to ur section. reading silently under an enormous roof with many people but with pin-drop silence all around. i miss it. do u?

I live in a very, very small town, not even a red light. Now we are only like 10 minutes from a very large city, but we still have our little town library, with the town librarian and all. I have to take my 6 yr old daughter there at least once a week. Now i have been buying books for her since before she was born, and she had quite a collection handed down to her from my oldest daughter. She is now a book a holic! She loves to read, so I encourage it as much as possible. She loves to go to the library with her very own library card and check out books. I love to go for the peace and quiet also..lol
