India was ruled by British. Indians were subjects of British Empire ruled by King Edward. In 1947 on 15 August India was declared as an Independent country. The power was passed on from the British rule into the hands of Indian people on the same day. It was not a easy make for Independence for the Indians. The Patriotic leaders like Mahatma Gandhi, Sardar Vallabbhai Patel, Jawaharlal Nehru, And rest finally lead India for Independence. The most impressive part of this Freedom Struggle was the whole Struggle was fought by Non-Voilence, which proved to be a leathal weapon all over. After India became independent country it came up with an remarkeble improvement and growth in almost all the sectors. Espcially in the field of education and tecnology.In politics it became a vibrant democracy, known worldwide as ione of the worlds largest democracy. Ther are some parts where India had to suffer a lot on some aspects internally and externally. Still now it one of the most progressive democracy across the world. I would like to Share your thoughts about my country. In which ever aspect it may be.I would also not feel bad for the negative remarks provided by you. Infact it would help in improvement of the sector we lack into. Also I would like all the people round here to post more information about India. This would help the world know more about India.
