is it okay to get married just because the girl gets pregnant?

my husbands friend just got her ex-girlfriend pregnant. He doesn't love the girl anymore but they still go out sometimes---some things you can't explain. maybe because they are used to being together that it is hard for them to separate right away. they don't have a good relationship anymore but the girl would still text the guy to come over to her flat and spend time with her even though he is not his boyfriend anymore. my husbands friend told me about what had happened and i was shocked. his family doesnt know about it and they even had not met the girl yet. he said that the girls parents are forcing them to get married just because of that. he has no other close friend except my husband and we are the only two who knew about it. he doesn't want to get married just because of the baby. when they did it the girl said that if ever she gets pregnant, she will not force him to marry her but it is not true as what had happened now. he is so confused on what to do right now. he came from a well known family in their place and everybody looks up to them. the girls parents wanted to talk to him but he is afraid on what to say. as his friend what do you think we need to do? i have a child so i also feel pity to the girl havin' a baby without a father. but the thing is, he doesn't love the girl at all.
