How one should look more beautiful....

the best way to look beautiful on the outside is to strive to be beautiful on the inside. how to do this? first, we must not have hatred in our hearts, this is difficult to do because there's so much insincerity and unfairness in this world but we need to try our best not to hate anyone whatever they have done to us. second, we need to try to look at the positive side of things. in every incident, however bad it is, there is always something that can be learned from it and sometimes, there is a funny side to it so instead of focusing on the negative aspect, seek out the good points. this is easier said than done but we need to exert effort to be able to accomplish this. third, we must not forget that everything that happens in this world has a reason and a purpose, nothing is accidental or a coincidence, so face everything. finally, we have to try and wake up every morning with a smile in our lips and a curious anticipation of what the new day awaits for us. everything ive written on here is not easy to perform but we have to do it if we want to be at peace and look physically beautiful.
