This is a disease that happens to elderly people. It's some kind of memory loss, some sort of amnesia but not exactly. It'll be frustrating at times as they couldn't remember where they put their towels, plates etc. Some don't respond to you when you asked them simple questions such as, have you eaten? They would just answer you stuff they want to talk about which normally don't really make much sense. Some elderly would not even recognize their children. It's sad. Young people must be very patient with Alzheimer sufferers.

It is a condition in which a person's memory goes bad and they can't remember things like they used to. There are many different levels, like some people can't remember your name right after you told them, and others can't remember 20 years ago and so on and so forth. But basically you lose your memory.

I'm surprised that there is so little about Alzheimer's on here... or at least that I've found. The numbers of people who are suffering from it is rising - and likely will continue to rise as the overall age of populations grows. It is a horrible disease that puts such a huge strain on families!
