go and read the documents on this site. they have really good questions for the interviews and other documentation

you can ask them what will be your responsiblities?
Will there be a training program?
who are their competitors and how they are dealing with them
what is the major source of funding?
how many employees are there?
why is the current position open?
why did the previous employee leave?

Some common questions are
1) where do you see your self in 2-5 years time?
2) what skills will you bring to this company?
3) tell us something more about yourself.

ask about benefits, possible tuition assistance and whatnot... Employers love people that are looking to expand there educational horizons, especially when the company can benefit...

Q. what will i be working here on??
Q. what kind of work are u expecting from me?
Q. what will i learn here as an employee?
Q. how are employees satisfied here?

when i was interviewed in some company ,they used to ask me this question:
first, they asked my some background. Second, asked some my preious work experience. some company would let me do some paper text .and the question i often be asked is that what i can do for their company after i join in.
