What is a nightmare?

When i go to bed, then sleep is miles away from me. So, as i remember, i don't have dream for last 1-2 years.

I had one just last night! My dream was mixed with reality as I have a bad cold and a stuffy nose. I must have been having a hard time breathing because I jumped into an Olympic-sized pool to do laps and instead of coming right up I sank pretty far down - about 20 feet or whatever. I looked down and kicked of my furry winter boots (lol) and then I slowly started to rise but by then I was totally out of air. I just held my breath and kicked my legs until I was back up to the surface. I woke up and took a HUGE deep breath. I was holding my breath in real life!! It was creepy. Normally when I have those dreams I can breath underwater and it is actually a lot of fun lol.

I usually don't remember my dreams. Fortunately.
