Can somebody help virus in my pc / myLot

I have a virus in my pc named brontok it hijacks my internet explorer page after every 2 mins. I cannot use yahoo google and every kind of search engine. My pc restarts whenever i try to download an antivirus software. Plz help me out ppl.

Did you do a scan and try to have it removed automatically? If not try it manually. If you have real problems, I'd reformat the hard drive. Good luck.

i tried a scandisk but the virus is not repaired. Can u tell me plz how to reformat the drive.

I like trend house call and panda active they can pick up alot of virus's and things that your regular antivirus misses.
