how to concentrate on studying even after work????/

Hi Friends, Iam working for company in India.My work hours 9am to 6Pm evening. I have done a computer course SAP, which needs lot of study, practice in the system. I have installed SAP in my Computer @ house.What worries me most is , after my work hours i didnot get intrest to read, concentrate on subject.My mind wants some rest and also i want to manage studies for my future.Can you please suggest me your views on this.....so that i can improve my ability to concentrate.
