Did you try to obtain a video game console this holiday season?

I passed on trying to get one this holiday season, but I have a few from "Christmas's Past." I am intrigued by the new Nintendo Wii, and I will definitely want to check that one out in the near future.

We've tried to get a Wii, but have been unable to find it as of yet, we are still looking though and will get it once we finally find it.

I tried a lot to get one...even i sent my younger brother to convince my dad.but did not work .cz.that stupid does not knw even to lie also properly

Yes, I have tried to get a wii this holiday season, and succeeded. My story is pretty dull. I said to myself I wouldn't try to get one till later, but couldn't resist the wii after a while. Firstly I tried obtaining one at a walmart and waited a few hours on the week of december 4th. After about 3 hours, it turned out that they weren't going to receive shipment, so the line up was useless. There were many furious and angry customers, but wal-mart held no responsibility for our wait. Next would be bestbuy. I was camping the online site daily, but one day I went out to the movies. When I came home, I found out that bestbuy finally had stock that evening, and missed it by chance. I then thought that perhaps I wasn't meant to get one. A few days later, I went at 5 AM with a friend to toys r us as we heard about them getting stock on that day. However, there were literally hundreds of people, and because it was a mall entrance, everyone just ran. The mall had several entrances, so the one we lined up at was opened later. We ended up being possibly 150th in line outside of toys r us, when we were 15, 16 out of 40 at our entrance. A few days later, I went home, got alerted that some were in stock on bestbuy, bought one, shipped on christmas eve, and was very happy.
