if you use a vanishing point, a point where all the lines meet, it will give the look of going off into the distance
draw your point then draw lines from all the corners in your picture to the point and draw all the details inside the lines

yah you can do that in manual but in cad drawing no need vanishing point...what about bird's eye view????
