Windows Vista

Can anyone tell me when the windows vista package is going to be released. I hope it will be very much better than windows. I am using XP and hope to get a new copy of windows. Please help me. Should I wait till it is released or shall I act now.

I heard that its goin to be released till 15 january...I think u can wait till that time.

the new3 windows vista i saw it on cnn its very cool man it looks simply awsome but they said that it is facing some bugs and has some security flaws so ill wait for a service pack to be released
